Our Programs

We provide daily opportunities to practice social skills, basic academics, safety, activities of daily living, and health and wellness. Our focus is also on Community Integration. We are active in the community with volunteer opportunities and community outings.

Where is Polk Training Center located?

Located at 90 N. 4th Street in Eagle Lake, Florida. Currently we are developing our store to offer plants and gardening supplies at this location but our Adult Day Program is up and running. We were previously located in Lake Alfred, FL.

Polk Training Center is currently enrolling new clients. At this time we do not have any open positions for employment.

What are Polk Training Center's Hours of Operation?

Polk Training Center operates Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 1:00pm. We are closed most major Holidays. We also have short seasonal closures. Please contact Polk Training Center directly for specific dates and hours of operation.
